Disable Voice output of Now Playing [EN] 0 0

If you don't will have the Voice output fo "Now Playing" please follow this guid:
1. Go into your Webinterface and Login as Admin.
2. Go to Settings ==> TS3MusicBot Settings.
3. Disable "Voice output of 'Now Playing'". (see picture)
4. Save all settings.
