If you got this error please check following:
Hosted: • If you got this, the Server maybe had an internet interruption - stop the bot and start it again.
• If you get it very often pls contact your Hoster
Self-hosted:
- Your Server got an internet interruption - klick on a Radio/Music -file or if that doesnt help, stop the bot and start it again.
- Check if you have an active license (bought) on http://www.TS3musicBot.net
- Ip-adress(numbers) is added on http://www.TS3MusicBot.net
- Check your nameservers - sometimes it is helpfull to edit /etc/resolv.conf
in Putty
nano /etc/resolv.conf
at the top add:
nameserver 8.8.8.8
nameserver 8.8.4.4
then
ctrl+x
then Y and Enter
After all you have to Stop and Start the TS3MusiBot
